Yes, any time from Settings → Plan. Pro-rated charges are handled automatically by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You can still edit existing data — but adding new records past the limit prompts an upgrade banner. We never charge overage fees without your explicit consent.
Yes — every Stripe / Razorpay receipt is GST-compliant. We can also issue a one-off invoice with your business GSTIN if needed (email accounts@sutra.app).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (Supabase Postgres with row-level security). You can export everything as CSV any time from Settings → Data.
The bot is a separate Razorpay subscription billed in INR. Starter / Growth / Scale tiers buy monthly outbound minute pools (100 / 500 / 1500). When you exhaust the pool, the bot stops dialing — no overage surprises.
